The latest saree trends come with new style blouse designs that are nothing like your classic blouses. From off-shoulder styles to cut sleeves and spaghetti strap, there are different patterns that all keep your arms exposed. So in order to nail the latest saree trends it is very important for you to focus on your arms workout 1-2 times a week.

Let’s be honest, there is no such concept as toned arms and what you actually need is to improve your muscle definition with arm exercises that activate your biceps, triceps, and shoulders. While lifting heavy weights is a sure way to achieve your goal and build lean muscle, it is not for everyone to directly jump off to.

It is safe for those of you who have had prior experience with weights to directly start your workout with some light weights as much as 3 -4 pounds and then increase the weight subsequently. For the freshers, let’s not forget the power of bodyweight exercises and the burn that comes with the micro movements. We’ve curated some of the best exercises that you need to follow for a more defined muscle in your hot new style blouse.

Arm Circles 20 Reps x 3 Sets

Shoulder Press 20 Reps x 3 Sets

Triceps Push Back 20 Reps x 3 Sets

High V 20 Reps x 3 Sets

Gone are the days when the pallu covered the stomach and no-one could make out if your tummy is toned or bloated. With the latest saree trends, the pallu is either pleated as sleek as possible or left open only in cases of sheer fabrics like net, lace, etc. Also, some latest saree trends have unique draping styles that make your stomach more exposed than usual. So for all the girls and women out there wanting to look sexy in these latest saree trends, toning the abs and strengthening the core might just scale up on the priority list.

So just start with some abs and core exercises that you must add to your workout routine twice or thrice a week on alternate days. And it goes without saying that you can add as much as 5 pounds of weight in each slowly and steadily as you progress.

While mastering these workouts is easy what is not easy is to de-bloat your body because most often we do not even know what is causing the water retention. You can replace them with healthy complex carbs like vegetables, sweet potatoes, brown rice or quinoa.

Apart from these other ways to de-bloat yourself are by adding herbal teas to your diets, take a good quality probiotic that balances and get rid of the bloat, and drink apple cider vinegar before every meal with warm water to help digest your food.

While following the latest saree trends is key for your BFF’s wedding, looking fit and in shape is of utmost importance too. Therefore, besides all the specific body workouts you must take care of your overall fitness as well. Follow a HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) circuit by taking a handful of exercises and performing each at high intensity, while keeping the rest between exercises to a minimum of 10-20 seconds.

The best thing about HIIT is that you can include exercises that target other body parts that you haven’t specifically worked on. Apart from this adding 30-45 mins of running schedule twice a week will help you shed the extra kilos fast while also making sure that your body tones up in the perfect proportion. Running and HIIT are the cherry on top for your arms, back and core workouts.

But for women that are not very fond of running or think it requires greater motivation, we suggest you start with dancing first. Dance on your favourite songs without taking a break for 45 mins every day and you will slowly gain the stamina to start with a quick run. Do not forget the end result still remains to aim at a happier and healthier you as you nail the latest saree trends.

Finally, let’s address the elephant in the room. The truth be told, workouts are only 30% effective in changing the way you look while adorning the latest saree trends to your BFF’s wedding. The rest 70% is your diet and rightly so. So if you’re looking to bring about a real change in your body start with making a few small changes to your diet like-

Avoid refined carbs like wheat pasta, white sugar and rice

Eat a light dinner with soup and sautéed vegetable, or porridge

Finish dinner before 7-7.30 pm

Increase your water intake to at least 3 litres a day

Vegetarians must ensure to have protein like paneer, tofu, pulses, etc. in every meal

These are some basic food alterations that can take you a long way when it comes to body toning and shedding the extra kilos. Therefore adapt these changes and start working towards your goals asap because your BFF’s wedding isn’t too far.
