Driver asked me and my old mother to get out of car in middle of ride
I had a very bad experience with a driver called Yadav when I was travelling with my family (incl. old mother) from Tolly Club to Chuchurah and back. The rate that was agreed was Rs 2000 for 10 hours from pick up to drop with no extra garage-to-garage. The driver didn't use the AC anytime beyond "2' and even when I tried to increase it to "3', he immediately switched it back to "2". He said I will not make money if I use the AC at "3". So why did I book a AC vehicle if the driver doesn't use the AC properly. He asked me to get down in the middle of the ride and demanded the full payment. He stopped the car, stopped AC and would not start. Later I managed to resolve the situation. He overcharged for parking although I had negotiated a price of Rs 100 with the parking attendant, he charged for Rs 150. He also charged for Rs 60 toll tax which was not charged anywhere. Finally. at the time of final payment he tried to extract more money saying the KMs were to be calculated as garage-to-garage instead of pick up and drop from the location as agreed with their manager Raghavendra.
Overall an unethical and unprofessional company. I would not suggest using them - they will take your payment, and add more charges and with a driver who asks you to get down from the car with your family is best avoidable.
