We’ve been to many fantastic weddings and are very lucky to have gotten to experience a lot of them in other countries. But, there was something different about one wedding we’d been to in Mandarmani in 2015 and that something different was Hia Events. We first met Sourav in March 2015 and having never planned a wedding before we’d no idea what to expect! We clicked instantly! We didn’t really know what type wedding we wanted, but we did know what type wedding we didn’t want and that was enough. That was all Sourav needed and so he began to work his magic. In September 2015 we visited the place to view a couple of venues for the wedding. The attention, love and service we received from Sourav was exceptional. On route to our first venue Sourav said I’m showing you this place first, based on our meeting in March. He said, “I think this will be your favourite, I think you’ll fall in love with this place”. He wasn’t wrong, we did! He got it 100% right and looking back, this was testament to Sourav’s knowledge, experience and ability to listen. And so we did it, our wedding was booked. It was official! Between that September and January 2016 we’d also booked our photographer and band. Both of which were recommended to us by Sourav and his team . Over the following year I had a lot of communication with Sourav and his team . Regardless of the amount of emails or queries I had, I was never more a day or two awaiting a response, even if the response was to tell me they we’re still looking into my query. Hia Events really managed my expectations. I never imagined planning a wedding to be so seamless and stress free. Their creativity, knowledge and connections across all elements of organising a wedding is extraordinary. Amazingly the service didn’t end there. He is very open to exploring new opportunities to provide us with what we wanted. All our guests were super impressed with every element of the wedding and had an absolutely fantastic day. A day that could not have been so successful without Sourav, all of his team at Hia and all the suppliers he provided. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. It was the best day of our lives, one we’d happily live over and over again if we could! The day we became husband and wife and also made a friend for life, thank you Sourav.
