Pathetic photographer
On the wedding day itself, most of their team seemed more interested in the buffet than the event. Only a couple of people were actually shooting, while others were busy eating or sitting around completely unacceptable.
Overall, this was a very pathetic and frustrating experience.

This feels like a fake photography service running on false promises and marketing.
if you don’t value your hard-earned money, go ahead and book them.
But if you truly care about your memories and want quality work, please choose someone experienced, reliable, and genuinely professional.
A Complete Nightmare Do Not Trust Them With Your Wedding Memories
They arrived at our D-Day three hours late due to an alleged "train delay," meaning they entirely missed capturing the most important moments of the event. The little footage they did manage to shoot was of such abysmal quality that we literally had to use mobile phone videos to salvage their pathetic final edit.
We paid ₹1.65 lakh in full, yet there is zero accountability once the payment is made. Since they have no physical storefront, they simply disappear like true scammers. Their representative, Niladri Mondal, hides behind flashy "Gmiky marketing" gimmicks rather than delivering professional work. We have had to relentlessly chase them for every single deliverable, facing arguments, endless delays, and excuses for even the simplest editing tasks. Our raw videos and reels are still pending.
We discovered that they actively delete negative comments and block dissatisfied clients on Facebook and Instagram to maintain a false positive image. Please protect your money and your once-in-a-lifetime memories. Stay far away from Lens and You.
