Great food both in terms of quality and quantity, but behaviour of owner - Mr.. Debojyoti is very very unprofessional and rude.

We advanced him 50k long before. Yet on the week before the event he demanded 1.5lacs without any prior notice or dicussion regarding the payment breakups and threatened to not deliver anything on the event date. To top it, on the day of the event, since morning he was unavailable and his number was switched off!!! HOW CUTE OF THAT! It was 10.30 in the morning and their breakfast was not yet ready, many guests came and had to leave without food even in the evening too for dinner as it was served after 8.45 pm. Probably because they were busy gathering the left over desserts which they planned to replace from the previous event.

Moreover, we have confirmations of approximately 250 guests including parcels but they counted plates for around 70 people extra. Such frauds! When confronted, they blantly denied. The owner - Debojyoti and the Manager Suman played passing the ball when asked for clarification on this. We asked to pack parcels for our guests, mentioned what to add and what not to, still got to know they didn't add fish or mutton in some packages. Such deceivers and cheaters! We had to face embarassment. Had to face such humiliation because of this. Not sure how they will run business in the long run with such act of theft!

To top it, they themselves took the authority to edit menu on their own and replaced a dessert dish without even consulting with us, they simply replaced that with a previous order that they took up and saved their pockets quiet a lot with this.

BOOK GHAROA CATERER AT YOUR OWN RISK. They are good only as a cloud kitchen or restaurant not for events. They plan very meticulously to loot people if booked for events or any such gatherings.
