At Ayodhyataxi, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our drivers. 1. Cancellation by the Customer More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund of the booking amount (if prepaid). Between 12 to 24 hours before pickup: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded. Less than 12 hours before pickup or No Show: No refund will be provided.
