A happy experience
The planners were great to work with for our wedding. They were easygoing and the decor done by them on our wedding day was especially amazing. The only drawbacks were that there were some delays in the planning process and on the wedding day, even though they were present at the venue for helping, at certain moments when we needed help, we could not access them and that's why the family members had to run around. Apart from that, it was an overall good experience.
