From the very first time we spoke to Hemant, we could tell that he was experienced in making weddings memorable- he had the experience that we needed and, the most important thing was that he listened to the kind of wedding we were looking for. We were demanding clients, always asking for details, 9 months before the actual day, constantly stressing out ( My fiancé and I were not based in India and my parents while being in India - had never managed a task like this before, in India)- but Hemant handled us with care and patience- answering our questions and making sure we felt as ease every time we spoke with him. As the day cam closer, we saw Hemant and his team take on hundreds of tasks like pros- thinking of little things and details that we hadn’t even thought of. On the wedding itself, the Harshi Creation team worked like a well-oiled machine- everything went extremely smoothly (if it didn’t, we didn’t know because the team made sure that we aren’t bothered by anything!), the team members were extremely polite and courteous, passionate about customer service and trying to do everything in their power to make the experience special for us and our guests. Our wedding guests complimented us on every little detail that the Harshi Creation team helped us put together and Harshi Creation gave us and our wedding guests a wedding experience that we will be talking about for years to come. Finally, last but definitely not the least, Hemant made every effort to stay within our budget, helping us cut costs and giving us advice at every juncture - without ever compromising on the quality of our experience. I first got in touch with Harshi Creations and Hemant in Jan, 2022 when on the look-out for a wedding planner for my daughter’s wedding in Oct, 2022. Hemant had come across as someone who is very prompt to respond to any query and eager to meet a client’s requirements. Having finally chosen Hemant after a process of due diligence involving several other parties I must admit Hemant lived upto my initial assessments from day one till all of my expectations had been fully completed and met to my satisfaction. Hemant is one who is passionate and fully committed to his line of work. All he needs is a bit of direction once in a while and rest assured your job will be done. My wedding guest list comprised of 80% foreigners who had come to our destination venue with very high expectations and I am happy to say thanks to Hemant and his team all of them went back with very ecstatic memories of what they had experienced. Carry on doing what you love to do Hemant (and the Harshi Team)!

Switched off all generator powered lights at baraat time to extort more money.

Extremely unprofessional behaviour of this agency. They even tried to blackmail us for extortion of money during our main event of varmala. No proper decor was provided to us as per our requirements even after making full payment in advance as discussed and agreed with the agency. Services were not properly delivered and the agency staff is extremely rude and depicting fraudulent behaviour. The agency didn’t even pay the third parties and outside vendors and were miscommunicating information during the entire event due to which we faced a lot of difficulties during our entire wedding. Will never recommend this agency!

It's too good to see you as a vendor . You and your team doing a great job.

Nothing was delivered as per promise even after making full payment in advance. All the promises made by Hemant was fake from decor to food. They literally ruined the whole event. From the recent comments we also noticed that FIR was also lodged against them that's shocking. They are literally thugs in the name of event managers please be cautious before hiring them.
