This kind of functions are so huge that there can be numerous mistakes…. So least mistakes is a merit for best event management and here I have witnessed least mistakes.. almost none… two guys have done superb work ….. band baja baraat movie yaad aagayi… bus aap dono ke bhi performance hone chahiye the… cutting long story short…. Superb management everything was great….

A dream team to work with, one who doesn’t believe in the word NOT POSSIBLE
It was a pleasure dealing with Vishal, Saloni & the team at Evening Unfolds. Vishal was contacted by my daughter, Simran, the bride just abt 4 months before the wedding, in the first week of december 2023, as the previously engaged Wedding Planner was unable to understand the requirements & was very rigid in his dealings. Vishal came as a second thought but he was a game changer. Not once did he say no to anything but if he couldn’t understand then he shared his inputs.. A day before the first function it started pouring in Udaipur which lead to loads of anxiety as all the functions were supposed to be outdoors. Vishal managed to rig a waterproof tent in 12 hours and managed to set everything right. The deco, the themes & everything else was well taken care of. By the end of those 3 days it felt as if Vishal, Saloni & the team were our extended family.

Fulfilling and Lovely
Evening Unfolds Events led by Vishal and Saloni are the real life version of “Made in Heaven”. They did an excellent job in planning, executing and managing my wedding dream to reality. Especially, it was so easy to coordinate everything with Vishal, with me being a NRI bride sitting in Europe. He is very flexible, understanding and cooperative when it comes to your budgeting and creating new ideas. No lies, everything was presented as discussed and infact they tried to deliver more than expectation. No hidden charges, totally transparent process. Highly recommended.

Memorable wedding
We trusted them from their first presentation. And they delivered it well. Very nice understanding and hold of the deliverables which they promise. They made all entries and decoration wonderfully planned. There were few very small things which could be bit better but it’s a part of game. Vishal and Saloni offered us all the wedding services except travel , hotel and food.. which was planned separately. Their team worked in winter nights which was difficult but they made it happen always on time. Perfect planning and execution. I would say meet them they will explain better and you can trust them. Just be clear and don’t ask for more and more without commitment. You will be happy with the services.
