I booked them to capture my wedding events. I didn’t have a great experience with him. I thought they will be the best choice but it turned out to be wrong. Being the bride I wanted the photographer to capture all my special moments but they were not present at the right time. They were not on time. They didn’t capture any on my makeup and jewellery pictures. They didn’t take much of my solo pictures and there was no coordination.

Unfortunately, I selected soulmatefilms to cover my marriage. It has been 7 months, I have still not received my wedding album. Nikhil Paul and his team of con-men, gave one excuse after the other, but they never had any intention of delivering my photo album. Now they tell me that 10% of my payment is pending; because they know that I paid in cash, I have no proof of my payment. I do not expect to receive my album anymore. I hope this review helps people in selecting a more responsible photographer.

Please save yourself from this team of scamsters; or if you end up selecting them, hope your experience is better.

We had a pandemic wedding and all our bookings were done last minute due to the scenario then .my husband had gone through Soulmate films work and he quite liked it so we thought of booking him.. even though I wasn’t sure because my past experiences with my engagement photographer wasn’t very good so I was quite sceptical and scared this time . But Nikhil and his team were way beyond excellent.. I wish I could rate him and his team not 5 but 5 million stars.. extremely professional and very friendly at the same time .. felt like our college friends were clicking us . Our pictures and videos turned extremely beautiful and truly magical .,par excellence.. specially our wedding video, the video captured our wedding in the true light. . Emotional, funny and so pure.. making us relive all those moments each time we see it. Can’t be grateful enough to them .. endless claps to the team 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Photography is a unique part of any wedding, they did well for me and my family. I always surprised when I see our wedding video we feel we are looking movies of a real hero.

It's surprising to see 110 5 star reviews for this team. I'm not sure if they pick and choose to treat some of their customers poorly and others better. They were very polite and responsive when we first contacted them, happy to send us portfolio samples etc and open to discussions. We had a small wedding and wanted to make sure candids are captured well. Almost every picture has random lights, photographer hands, fingers, across the edge of the frame. I'm not a professional photographer myself, but I take better pics with my phone.
Their "edited" pics are simply pics with filters on them. I can use google or apple photos to do these myself. Nikhil harangued us to sit down for an interview even though he could see we were running late for the wedding and had precisely told him we want to get started on time. I know Indian weddings have tons of delays but the last thing we wanted was photographers to actively delay us even further.

After the wedding they went radio silent. Nothing for 3-4 months. They never told us until 6 months later that they need someone to come drop a hard disk in their office in Gurgaon while we are Mumbai residents. WTF!!! Any inquiry into a follow up was responded with "kar rahe hai" followed by weeks of more radio silence. It's okay if they were delayed but they are very unprofessional with their communications.

All of these things aside, this team is bad at what they do. There was one independent photographer at the wedding who took the most amazing pics! She was considerate and took shots from angles and lights that were flattering. If anyone reads this review, I'd say save your sanity even if they seem cheap which by the way, was 1 lakh in 2021. They are not professional by a huge margin. Go for someone who respects the fact that it's your wedding day and all that is left are the pictures and videos which shouldn't suck.

For my wedding photography Soulmate films, Central Delhi who is top was not happy with the photographer. The delivery was not good. Haven't received the edited picture. We also didn't receive any trailer nothing teaser was delivered after 2 months. the whole team of photography was following covid 19 by wearing masks.

Hired Soulmate films for photography. Will rate 3 on 5. Photographer was late. Edited Photos weren't as good as expected,they wereraverage. Final product was also delayed.
