Delay and Ignorance ( Fraud )
We booked 24FHQ Photographer managed by Akash, for our wedding in February 2022, expecting professionalism and memories we could cherish forever. Instead this has turned into one of the most frustrating and disappointing experience we have ever dealt with.
It is now 2026, and we have not received our wedding album. For FOUR years we have continuously tried calling, texting, and following up, only to be ignored. Akash no longer responds to our calls or messages, despite taking full payment and promising delivery.
This was one of the most important days of our lives, and the complete lack of responsibility, communication, and respect shown afterwards has been shocking. Wedding photography is not just another service, these are once in a lifetime memories that can never be recreated.
The way we have been treated as paying customers is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. We trusted 24FHQ Photography with our special day, and deeply regret that decision.
I strongly warn anyone considering booking with Akash or 24FHQ Photography to think very carefully before handing over your money. A photographer should deliver not only photos but also reliability, honesty and basic customer service - unfortunately, our experienced had none of these.
