Pathetic Service | Arrogant Behaviour | Constant Stress on your big day.
Please read this review carefully before booking.
Yash Gurnani Photography was nothing but constant stress and utter disappointment.
We booked him for 2 days for our wedding for INR 1,70,000/- in exchange for the following -
• A team 6 people
• One album of 35 sheets ( 135 pictures)
• All edited traditional video .( in an hardisk provided by client )
• 4K Wedding cinematic teaser ( Duration 30seconds to 1 minute )
• 4K Wedding cinematic highlight.
• 3 Reels
• All Raw data clicked will be delivered to client .
• 700 Edited pictures .
• 100 Edited pictures for couple .
Here is everything that went wrong -
1. He only disclosed his shady terms and conditions once the booking amount was paid and took the entire remaining amount on my wedding day, before the function even concluded, forget the deliverables. Said it was part of T&C (Screenshot attached)
2. Even after paying 1.7 lakh, we received all the videos with his branding on them because he apprantly had this in his T&C, that he sent after we made the payment, not before that. How could a person be this unaware to not understand that if someone is paying for a service, the deliverables belongs to the paying person not the one getting paid.
3. He promised a 60 day delivery of everything but took more than 90 days to deliver.
4. He never gave us the 800 edited photos which he said he will select and edit but later said he doesn't have time to select.
5. Out of 6 people who were supposed to be present at the venue at all times (Provided they asked for a room from us), only 3 were available at any given point of time and those too weren't active enough. They missed a lot of memories and rituals that never got captured.
6. And after all of this, Yash never stood like a responsible service provider to own up his messups rather always argued back, created issues, threatned us to stop the shoot mid wedding.
Planning for a wedding is already hard enough and it is really important that you book teams that don't make it harder. Yash isn't one of teams you should trust and go with.
For this price, you can find much better teams who are dedicated and do not mess around.
