Fair Experience
The negative experience we had was after the wedding. The resolution of photos shard were of low quality which we realized when we were getting the album printed. Though they shared high resolution images later, on request, it was disappointing how it was not done in the first place.
Also, they had put the cinematic video on their YouTube channel without our permission and denied to take it down when we communicated that we are not comfortable with this idea. Later on after not-so-comfortable conversation, they took it down.
Overall, the experience was fair, and not the best.
