I wish this website would provide us option to rate negatively for the service. So I got married in month of December 2022. Its now almost one and half year and still I have not been provided with my Wedding film. So 1st to describe, We were being SCAMMED by Picsurely, specially by REGAN and KHALED. SO this is how they scam you.

1 - We contacted Regan for our wedding photography, Regan provided us contact number of Khaled, and informed us that from picsurely he will handle our query. We met Khaled in person and checked all the work of picsurely and discuss everything and finally decided to go ahead with picsurely for our wedding.

2 - Most important point, we received contract about all the terms and condition for our wedding photography and due date for deliverable on email from Picsurely email id and in which REGAN was in CC.

3 - Fast foward to our wedding where khaled and team did all the photography and videography for our wedding in which there were many mess up among which one was the photographers were late for the wedding ritual and could not capture the start of my rituals. even though the timeline along with time to reach the venue were provided before all the fuctions started

4 - Then as promised and as expected from this group they did not provide deliverable on time and we had to followup many times and when we received those photos initially, they were worst. I guess the freelancers do a better work than them.

5 - Then Khaled all of sudden stopped responding to our calls and messages and we did not receive any deliverable apart from 30 wedding photos. So we contacted Regan about this

6 - This was his response " I have no idea about your wedding this project was not taken by Picsurely" Upon saying that we have email confirmations from Picsurely, then how could this be not a picsurely project. He said, Khaled took this as his personal project while Regan knew this whole time he let khale use the name of Picsurely and let him fool us.

As a bride I feel worst when you know the person with whom you trusted your whole wedding, the most important day of your life, just for his personal gain, he decides to ruin the wedding festivites

We did priorly post a review about this people on this page but we were forced to remove our review and they blackmailed us that they wont provide any raw data of our wedding unless the review has been taken down. So this is PICSURELY in reality and this is how REGAN and KHALED are people who feels they have right to ruins someone important day

PS: their Photography is so bad they forgot to take single portrait pictures of Bride and Groom and they forgot to capture audio during bride performance in sangeet ceremony.

I'm done playing nice. It's been over a year since our wedding, and your lack of professionalism has pushed us to our limit.

We had initially reached out to Picsurely through Instagram, where we were in contact with Khaled. We booked Picsurely service for our wedding on October 11, 2022

We booked Picsurely for:
1. Prewedding - last week of October
2. Haldi for both Bride & Groom - 28th Dec 2022
3. Wedding in Hindu Style - 29th Dec 2022
4. Wedding in Buddhist style - 30 Dec 2022

We paid you 1.6 L for memories that we're still waiting to receive. We've called, messaged, and even posted a review, and what did we get? Poor-quality photos and a sorry excuse for a reel. Our parents are constantly asking for CD containing the entire video to relive those moments but there is a pin drop slience from the team.

Our frustration has been compounded by the lack of responsiveness from your team. Despite numerous attempts to contact Khaled and the Picsurely team, our calls have gone unanswered. This has left us feeling ignored and disappointed.

While we appreciate that you provided some photos and reels after our review, the quality of the content was below par. The reel lacked any coherent story or meaningful message, and the 500 raw photos out of 1000 shared were not edited as initially promised during the booking

Over a year has passed since our wedding, and we are yet to receive our traditional wedding videos. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to Khaled and the Picsurely team, our calls and messages have gone unanswered. This lack of responsiveness is not only unprofessional but has also resulted in a significant emotional toll on us.

Enough is enough. We've had it with your excuses and empty promises. Now, we're giving you a deadline: either share the traditional video or refund our money within the next 10 days, or we'll take this matter to the police. We're fed up, frustrated, and ready to take serious action.

Consider this your final warning.

We hired Picsurely as our wedding photographer. They were undoubtedly good. We had our cousin's wedding and hired Picsurely; we got their number and hired them. Their team had seven to eight photographers. The deliverables were not so late. Overall experience was not so bad.
