My husband and I are so happy to have found Touchwood Bliss. It was a pleasure working with this team throughout the planning process. I met them 3 times in person before our wedding, and every time we met, the team was always pleased to see me. Throughout the 9 months we worked together, I discussed my visions and showed them many photos.
My ideas were constantly changing. they were quiet patient, communicative, and understanding with everything I inquired about - especially the entire week of our wedding. She reassured me that things would go well, when I started doubting myself. They shared their own experiences and ideas and helped me make decisions without being pushy or trying to break our budget. Most importantly, they were transparent with their prices since day one. Before I knew about Touchwood Bliss I met with two well-known decor companies. Both companies kept surprising me with additional prices that were not added to our initial estimate. Thank God we heard about Touchwood Bliss and I immediately told them about my previous experiences. They understood and gave me a detailed breakdown of our estimate - without any exclusions or hidden charges. On our wedding day, they did an incredible job! The decor came out better than I envisioned. We rented chairs, a custom cake stand that lit up, an acrylic table, centerpieces, fresh florals, hanging crystal chandeliers, backdrop, and lighting. We received so many compliments from friends and relatives (“It was a Hollywood wedding!”). Moreover, the staff was on time for all locations and provided the service they promised they would. Being the groom's brother meant handling a lot of responsibilities, but the Fairytale Weddings team made everything feel easy. They coordinated every function so smoothly that our family could simply enjoy the celebrations.
The venue is beautiful with breathtaking views all around. The décor added so much charm to every ceremony, while the food impressed guests of every age. The rooms were comfortable and very well maintained.
What really stood out was the hospitality and service. The staff was polite, quick to respond, and always ready to help. Their communication throughout the planning process was excellent. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress-free destination wedding. -

We were looking at quite a few wedding venues around Mumbai and Nashik before finalising Touchwood Bliss, and after our wedding, we were genuinely happy with our decision.
The biggest advantage for us was that everything felt like a proper destination wedding while still being convenient for our guests travelling from Mumbai. The property is peaceful, green and beautiful, and having our family and friends stay together made the entire wedding much more special.
Our guests really enjoyed the food, rooms and different celebration spaces. What we appreciated most was that the team understood how important every small detail is during a wedding. They were approachable, cooperative and always available whenever our families needed something.
As a bride, you naturally worry about whether everything will go as planned, but I was actually able to enjoy my functions instead of constantly checking arrangements.
Even after the wedding, our relatives kept talking about how much they enjoyed the venue and the overall experience.

We recently had our wedding at Touchwood Bliss, Igatpuri, and it genuinely turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. From the moment our families arrived, the entire team made us feel so welcomed and taken care of.
The property is beautiful and surrounded by nature, which gave our wedding exactly the destination-wedding feel we wanted. Every function looked different and special, and our guests absolutely loved the rooms, food, ambience and overall experience.
What stood out most for us was the support of the team throughout the celebrations. Weddings can be stressful for the bride and family, but whenever we needed anything, someone was there to help. They were patient with our requests and made sure our families were comfortable.
The food was also a huge highlight — so many of our guests personally complimented us on it, which meant a lot.
Seeing the property filled with our closest people, the décor, music and celebrations was honestly magical. We went there looking for a wedding venue, but came back with some of the most beautiful memories of our lives.
