1.First visit : visited the venue liked the overall ambience , was also made to taste the items beforehand which were delicious Mr Ashish was very fine with all the talks and requests Also picked up all the calls in a jiffy 2. Location and rooms : Both were top notch , view was impeccable, 4 people can easily be adjusted in 1 room 3. Staff : extremely well mannered , all are lovely and stand with a smile ,served dinner even after kitchen was closed 4. Food : being from Nagpur we had heard Pune or near Pune food isn't that palatable to other regions but we were wrong , you can blindly trust the chefs ,they know their art , also Mr ashish managed all the request gracefully for alterations in the menu that too last moment 5.Decoration : The hotel helped to arrange decorator which was cherry on top , it is decoration which tops it' all 6 .Owner : The owner is very down to earth and kind ,congratulated us all after the event in the morning and personally asked if something had been off 7. Final verdict : I would say after seeing some locations around this is the best Venue no doubt , Everything from views to food was unbeatable Also had not imagined that we would have zero complaints for the venue and it's management Overall very customer centric service right from the entry till the end

We had an unforgettable wedding at Rainforest Resort. The property is clean, spacious, and surrounded by greenery. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The banquet hall and lawn looked amazing. Everything was well organized and stress-free.

The experience was amazing, the quality of service was best, the hosts are super friendly and cooperative, their place is so beautiful and the vibe is so cool!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue for our wedding. In the serene mountains of Igatpuri, this resort is truly a hidden gem. The lush greenery, breathtaking views, and peaceful surroundings created a magical and unforgettable atmosphere for our special day. A special mention to the staff and management who went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. From the planning to the execution, every detail was handled with care, professionalism, and warmth. Their hospitality made us and our guests feel incredibly comfortable and welcomed. Be it the venue management, communication, responsiveness and most importantly maintenance and hygiene. They've got it all right 3. With stunning views, and space planning for smaller as well as bigger events. Right from Pooja areas, Entry lanes and DJ nights - It's well orchestrated 4. The food is absolute bliss and the rooms reflect luxury with various types of balconies and tent areas for versatile experience 5. I attended my friend’s wedding at Grape County, and it was a beautifully organized two-day destination wedding. Everything was well planned and seamlessly managed. The property offers a premium stay experience, with spacious rooms and villas and stunning scenic views. They have unique venue lakeside lawns, poolside lawns &valley view hall. The haldi function at lakeside was unforgettable. The food and overall hospitality were excellent 👍🏻. I would highly recommend Grape County to anyone looking for a destination that creates truly lifetime memorable events.
