Pathetic & awful
I deeply regret hiring The Treasure Event for my sister's wedding..
Their appalling service and money-minded mentality ruined what was supposed to be a joyous occasion.
From the moment they arrived, it was clear that they had no regard for customer satisfaction or basic ethics..
Their attitude towards us and our guests was nothing short of disgraceful. Instead of providing a service with genuine care and professionalism, they exuded an air of superiority, as if we were fortunate to even have them present.
Throughout the event, their lack of respect and consideration for our guests was painfully evident. They displayed an appalling level of pessimism and were completely unwilling to engage with anyone in a courteous manner. It felt as though they were doing us a favor by merely being there.
What's even more concerning is their blatant disregard for ethical conduct. It was apparent that their sole focus was on maximizing profits, with little regard for the satisfaction of their clients. Their actions were driven solely by greed, and it showed in every interaction we had with them.
Overall, hiring The Treasure Event was a colossal mistake.. Their negative attitude, money-minded mentality, and lack of ethics left a sour taste in our mouths and tarnished what should have been a memorable day. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere for a provider who values professionalism, integrity, and customer satisfaction..
