Hi, I'm Meghaa Modi, the Event Director and Designer at Meghaa Modi Design Studio. I'm an internationally recognised designer known for crafting one-of-a-kind, immersive experiences. A certified Master from the Ohara School of Ikebana, Tokyo, I became the youngest master globally to attend the prestigious International Masters Seminar in 2012. My design journey includes formal training at the MAMI Design School in Tokyo, along with mentorships under globally renowned names like Yukio Otani, Christopher Lim (AIFD), Kaz Ichikawa, and Gregor Lersch.

My expertise and creative approach have earned me global recognition—I was invited by the Government of Colombia to PROFLORA as an international buyer and influencer, appointed as a jury member at the World Floristry Skills Competition in Russia, and featured as the keynote designer for San Diego Museum of Art’s ‘Art Alive’ in 2024.

With my global perspective and deep design sensibility, I have conceptualised and executed numerous high-end weddings and bespoke events, offering my clients not just luxury—but meaningful, unforgettable experiences.

I bring a unique blend of engineering precision, sustainability insight, and operational leadership to my role as Director of Event Operations. With a strong foundation from my time at Infosys—where I led large-scale green building and ICT-based energy monitoring projects—I now apply the same level of structure and innovation to the world of event management.

Hi, I'm Shradha. As the Senior Event Manager at Meghaa Modi Design Studio, I lead the planning and execution of high-end weddings, brand events, and bespoke experiences. With a strong eye for design and a strategic approach to operations, I ensure that every event reflects the studio’s signature blend of creativity, elegance, and precision.

From the first brief to the final detail, I oversee the entire event lifecycle—coordinating with clients, design teams, vendors, and on-site crews to bring each concept to life seamlessly. I play a key role in translating Meghaa’s creative vision into fully realised, immersive environments.

With experience spanning luxury weddings, fashion shows, brand launches, and floral installations, I combine hands-on execution with thoughtful planning, ensuring every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.
