We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner than Mounika from Blooms and Basket. From day one, she brought a sense of calm, confidence, and genuine care that made the entire experience so enjoyable. What truly stood out was how she went above and beyond at every stage. Nothing felt rushed or overlooked—every detail was thoughtfully handled, every event seamlessly coordinated. She didn’t just deliver what was promised, she elevated it in ways we hadn’t even imagined. The planning was meticulous, the execution flawless, and the décor… absolutely out of this world. Each setup felt unique and beautifully put together, leaving all our guests in awe. Jaswant was very helpful in all aspects of the wedding decoration and designs, he help with color combination, designs, provided different theme ideas, not only that in has a team of Videographers/Photographers, flowerist, Dhol and Band guys, so we found it very convenient and the pricing were reasonable. Most important thing was his personal presence in all the events to make sure everything is nicely done. Highly recommended.

We had an incredible experience with the Gulabi Tales team. What touched us the most was how they became like family—looking out for even the smallest details and making sure we didn’t miss a thing, even beyond what was in their scope. From the very beginning, they made the entire process so easy and stress-free—even though everything was planned through just a couple of video calls! When we reached Kerala 4 days before the wedding, everything was perfectly coordinated: the wedding location, the traditional Kerala mandap, hotels for our guests, mehendi artist, rituals expert, and photographers who beautifully covered both sides of the wedding. The saree draper and MUA were chosen exactly according to our requirements and coordinated seamlessly for both days. I was very particular and they got it right. I felt confident, comfortable and truly myself, while still looking beautiful and traditional. What impressed us most was how they understood our likes, came up with ideas and executed it smoothly - every detail, from the simple yet elegant decor to the warm hospitality for our friends and family, was handled with care and professionalism. Because of their thoughtful coordination, our family could fully immerse themselves in the rituals and the celebrations, without having to worry or run around as they usually would. Thanks to their meticulous planning and attention to every small detail, our wedding was not only beautifully organized but also created memories forever. "Beautiful decoration, best service in the industry, very professional, Delivered every promise, I guess maybe the most dependable and experienced decorator in the city.

The planners were very professional and very versatile as well. The arrangements were done very efficiently and very effectively as well. Everything was done on time and the prices were very satisfactory.

Everything is awesome about them except responsiveness. But that's okay considering the amount of pressure they handle :). Overall I am very satisfied with their work and the way my wedding turned out. The venue was outdoor and the arrangements were perfect. We had guests more than we predicted and these people had a backup plan for that. Their photo booth was amazing.
