NOT RECOMMENDED

We paid premium prices to this upscale event management company for a multi-day wedding celebration. Despite their premium pricing, we received consistently poor quality across all events. Had it been one event or a few small issues, we would understand. The gap between what we were promised plus the higher prices (very high), and what we received across the board was devastating. Guests openly commented on the poor quality, and unfinished appearance. The company blamed vendors and external factors when confronted. They did ultimately take responsibility and apologized, but the damage was done at that point which is why I cannot recommend them.

To address any potential bias: Other vendors, such as caterers, charged premium prices as well, but ultimately they delivered what was promised. With that in mind, we wrote this review, trying to be as objective as possible.
The Good:

- They were available for long meetings late into the night, and most anytime we wanted a meeting.
- Took time to explain things
- Gave a very warm, friendly, family like atmosphere when doing meetings.
- Overall very interesting people.

Major Issues:
- Extreme cost cutting from multiple angles. Central design elements that were missing half the décor. Obviously cheap materials used.
- Operational Management – Cooking areas left visible to guests, garbage and waste not being collected. No active management and consistent blame to the other vendors.
- Very dirty and broken décor used.
- Despite EXTENSIVE conversations about importance of the reception event, the poorest quality was delivered there.
- Nails – during the sangeet, shaadi, and after party, multiple people got stuck with nails in their feet due to dirty nails being loose on the stages. They told workers to fix it, but didn't follow up to make sure that it was done.
- Full payment was demanded 48 hours prior to event

The friendly atmosphere made it even more surprising/hard hitting that the poor quality was delivered . There were claims of labor not available, problems with the venue, and more that contributed to the poor quality. But overall bottom line: They delivered EXTREMELY poor quality and poor management, some of which they agreed was less than, but some of which they thought was truly acceptable.

Bottom Line

Premium prices + poor execution + poor accountability = do not hire. The sales team is personable and responsive, but execution is poor and management is absent. If you're considering this company: request recent references, ask specifically about quality standards and real-time management, get everything in writing about quality expectations, and be extremely skeptical of their friendly sales approach—it does not translate to execution.
