Seamless Production Support for a Last-Minute Celebration
n Feb 2021, my company WDP planned and designed a last-minute birthday celebration in Chennai. We handled everything from design and coordination to client servicing. For on-ground production support, I collaborated with Aesthetic Design Studio, led by Zaid. With such a tight timeline, we needed someone reliable and quick to respond, especially with what was available locally in Chennai in terms of props, florals, furniture, and more. Zaid was exactly that. He managed production and vendor coordination seamlessly and stayed fully hands-on throughout. From setup to final touches, he ensured everything ran as planned and was always open to feedback. The event turned out just as I had envisioned and exactly what was promised to the client.
