Mental torture !!
I think they can shoot their own movie on how they scam customers. So polite when closing the customers but this is where the torture starts. Took advance money, never bothered to deliver anything( upon asking when will we get it they said," we are delivering high-value customer, do come later". we paid 30k advance and we got so frustrated we had to exit them as we didn't want anything related to them around. worst team ever,

Very unprofessional and rude behaviour with clients
I must say, experience with The Crimson Wedding Company was absolutely dreadful. Not only did they fail to deliver all the necessary data on time, but their behavior was utterly appalling. I found their lack of professionalism and communication skills to be extremely disappointing. It is truly a shame that such a company exists in this day and age. I would strongly advise against using their services for any important event.
I would not recommend This to anyone, as their incompetence and lack of accountability could leave you in a difficult situation. It is clear that they do not value their clients or take their responsibilities seriously. Save yourself the frustration and potential financial loss by seeking out a more reliable and reputable company for your event planning needs. Trust me, you do not want to risk having your money stuck with a company like this.

Awesome work!
Pre wedding experience was great , The Crimson group was very proactive and supportive they are so responsive to my question and concerns. The photographers were also very creative and friendly , they always add some unique things in their video/photo which makes the shoot different from others.I am very happy with the quality and style of photos/video.
