Here’s what you need to know before you hire a caterer in Varanasi

Enquiring regarding desired cuisine(s): Making lists is a good old way of ensuring that tasks are tackled. WeddingWire India highly recommends listing down a selection of your favorite cuisines that you wish to include in your wedding menu. Before booking a catering team, ask questions about the expertise of the chef and the cooks about the cuisines you want as a part of the feast. If you like what you hear, then that’s a green flag for you. Dishes that go on your menu should be hygienic, well presented, and be delicious.

Allocating a catering budget: Compartmentalizing your total wedding budget into different categories is the best practical way to care for your expenditure. It ensures that you know where your money is going. Hence allocating a food budget includes the money spent on hiring the caterers and other food-related expenses. Do this, and you’ll have an easy time being aware of your costs and avoiding any miscalculations.

Planning out the catering logistics: Catering logistics include tasks such as travel, accommodation of the staff, etc., especially in a destination wedding. Make sure that you know your part in the logistics of the catering plan to avoid any last-minute confusion.

Quality of the service: Once you are thorough with the list of services the caterer provides, to assess the quality of their service, you can read reviews online from their previous clientele, go through their portfolio, and even request for a batch of food that you can taste to test the overall quality of food. Apart from this make sure that their staff is polite and well trained.
