If I could give zero stars, I would. This review is a warning to anyone considering hiring Rahul Paliwal (Portait Pandit). The experience was a complete and utter disappointment, characterized by a shocking level of unprofessionalism and a blatant disregard for our written agreement.

We hired Rahul for our wedding (full 3 days events), with the expectation of receiving a professional service as outlined in our contract. We paid the full fee of more than INR 1.25 Lacs as per our agreement, believing we were securing a trustworthy professional for a very important occasion.

What we received was nothing. Following our event, all communication stopped. Our emails went unanswered for weeks, phone calls were ignored, and promises to deliver our photos were repeatedly broken. After months of silence, it became clear that they had no intention of fulfilling their end of the bargain. They took our money and simply vanished. It has been more than 1.5 years since our wedding date and we are yet to receive the deliverable from Rahul Paliwal. We believe he has also lost the very important raw data of our wedding photography.

This is more than just a failure to deliver; it’s a failure of integrity and basic professionalism. The memory of our special day is now tainted by the stress and frustration of having been misled. There is no excuse for taking a client's money and failing to deliver on a written contract.

Save yourself the stress, the disappointment, and the financial loss. Do not hire this photographer. He will do anything in his power to cheat and steal from his clients at every step possible. We are lodging an FIR against him and now he will be answerable to the court for breaking his signed contract.
