  Absolutely the best photographers and videographers you can team with to capture your special days!
  Once we looked at Picsurely portfolio and photos, we were absolutely sure we wanted their team to capture our special day! The team at Picsurely is very talented, and has one of the best photography senses that I have seen! They’re always sure to capture you at your best and their photos truly reflect the fun, the romance and all other emotions that are being felt! Their team is extremely flexible, always understanding and working with the client requests and wishes! One of the best in the business! Highly Recommended.

  Frauder Company

  I'm done playing nice. It's been over a year since our wedding, and your lack of professionalism has pushed us to our limit.
  
  We had initially reached out to Picsurely through Instagram, where we were in contact with Khaled. We booked Picsurely service for our wedding on October 11, 2022
  
  We booked Picsurely for:
  1. Prewedding - last week of October
  2. Haldi for both Bride & Groom - 28th Dec 2022
  3. Wedding in Hindu Style - 29th Dec 2022
  4. Wedding in Buddhist style - 30 Dec 2022
  
  We paid you 1.6 L for memories that we're still waiting to receive. We've called, messaged, and even posted a review, and what did we get? Poor-quality photos and a sorry excuse for a reel. Our parents are constantly asking for CD containing the entire video to relive those moments but there is a pin drop slience from the team.
  
  Our frustration has been compounded by the lack of responsiveness from your team. Despite numerous attempts to contact Khaled and the Picsurely team, our calls have gone unanswered. This has left us feeling ignored and disappointed.
  
  While we appreciate that you provided some photos and reels after our review, the quality of the content was below par. The reel lacked any coherent story or meaningful message, and the 500 raw photos out of 1000 shared were not edited as initially promised during the booking
  
  Over a year has passed since our wedding, and we are yet to receive our traditional wedding videos. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to Khaled and the Picsurely team, our calls and messages have gone unanswered. This lack of responsiveness is not only unprofessional but has also resulted in a significant emotional toll on us.
  
  Enough is enough. We've had it with your excuses and empty promises. Now, we're giving you a deadline: either share the traditional video or refund our money within the next 10 days, or we'll take this matter to the police. We're fed up, frustrated, and ready to take serious action.
  
  Consider this your final warning.

  Worst experience ever

  Zero proffesionalism
  Zero punctuality
  No deliverables on time
  Very lethargic attitude...
  Already 3 months to my wedding and I have not received a single deliverable....
  Guys there are many better options available in the market....
  I repeat do not fall prey to their sweet talk when u give them work....
  I have made hundreds of calls and no satisfactory response....

  Wonderful experience

  We got our wedding captured by Picsurely a few months ago and we are completely satisfied with the deliverables we got. The editing team is very friendly and responsive. We were easily able to coordinate with them regarding our videos. Overall experience - 5/5 stars.

  Great work

  We hired Picsurely as our wedding photographer. They were undoubtedly good. We had our cousin's wedding and hired Picsurely; we got their number and hired them. Their team had seven to eight photographers. The deliverables were not so late. Overall experience was not so bad.
