I hired this photographer for my wedding on 1 June 2025 and made full payment for photography and videography services.
Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Even after almost 10 months, the final wedding videos have not been delivered. The promised timeline (1st week of April 2026) has also been missed despite multiple follow-ups.
In addition to the delay, several services that were charged for were either not properly provided or not delivered as expected. For example, special effects like smoke bombs and confetti shots were either minimally used or not provided properly on the wedding day. Wedding reels and album are also still pending.
I would also like to highlight that the address listed here does not appear to be accurate, and I could not find any proper studio at the mentioned location. From my experience, it seemed that the team operates from a different city (possibly Noida), which made communication and follow-up even more difficult.
Communication has been extremely poor — the contact number is often unreachable, and I have not received responses on other platforms as well. At one point, I was also unable to contact them further.
During the booking process, communication was very frequent, but after payment, responses became irregular and eventually stopped. I have complete records and screenshots of all conversations and timelines.
This entire experience has caused a lot of stress and disappointment, especially considering how important wedding memories are. I strongly recommend others to be very careful and properly verify all details before booking to avoid a similar experience.
