Extremely Disappointed
Just Chill Production appears to be more interested in securing upfront payments than in actually honoring their service commitments. Our experience was not just disappointing but felt like outright fraud. For a service as emotional and important as event photography, this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Despite repeated follow-ups, photos and videos were not delivered on time. Some reels were either not delivered at all or sent after an unreasonable delay. This caused immense stress, especially since the event was personal and irreplaceable. Once the payment was made their responsiveness dropped drastically. Phone calls were often ignored, messages went unanswered for days, and when someone did respond, it was usually with lame excuses ranging from staff issues to “system problems.” I strongly urge potential clients to think twice before hiring this company.

Warning: Beware of JustChill Productions - Unfulfilled Promises and Absconded Payments!
I am deeply disappointed with the services provided by Mr. Saurabh from JustChill Production. Despite booking and making a part payment of Rs 46500, I have been relentlessly following up for three months now with no response whatsoever. It's apparent that this individual has absconded with my money and has no intention of delivering the promised services outlined in the contract. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is alarming. I strongly advise against booking JustChill Production for any event, as there's no guarantee of receiving the agreed-upon services after payment.

Best Decision for My Wedding was Them
These guys are a team of young and enthusiastic individuals who are willing to go off limits just to get a smile on their client's face. I hired them for all my functions, engagement, mehendi, sangeet, cocktail, wedding and reception... Very punctual for all my functions... No hassles were given to me at all... My photos and videos were given to me exactly when promised... They have done spectacular work with my wedding videos especially.... Captured so many precious moments and given me and my family memories to treasure for a lifetime... Thankyou so much guys... Can't wait for another family function...
