  Please Do Not Order from Bespoke

  Kanchan is very rude and does not respond to messages once you’ve paid the money. When you repeatedly ask for an update, she simply abuses you and asks you to stop calling her. Worst experience ever with an online vendor. After waiting for 2 weeks I cancelled my order and got my money back. Please don’t ever place an order with bespoke Storiez

  Fraud and Abusive!

  Horrible Experience! Promised to deliver ring platter in 20 days when asked for an update after 22 days speaks arrogantly and rudely. Not even ready for refund. Anyways m filing a consumer complaint with all the proof and data. Abusive behaviour is not tolerated. Please dont get fooled by this pathetic lady Kanchan Rani or Kanchan singh whatever!

  Scam , abusive , fraudster - Kanchan Rani

  This lady named Kanchan promised to deliver items for my wedding within 10-15 days, on Feb 2nd I received a parcel with one part of the order worth Rs 2600/- and the remaining order worth Rs 2400/- wasn't delivered (Rs 400 was charged for shipping ). I ordered a ring plater and 30 brooches. She set me a total of Rs 5400/- and delivered only a ring platter which wasn't per my request. It was not colour-coordinated as she informed her to use peach and pastel flowers. However, she told me both the orders would be delivered together. When I repeatedly called her and messaged her, she replied abusing me, Saying, " No one is running away with your bloody money ", "not interested in speaking to you ", " wait for the parcel", etc etc. Being an online platform selling products, she has the audacity to abuse people when the mistake is on her side. She has no manners and has the most disgusting behaviour any business owner can show towards their customers. Unless you want to be treated badly, do not even think of placing an order with this lady. She is pathetic, and her reviews on most of the platforms state she's a "Scam" she abuses people, and this is her way of business when she doesn't deliver on time. She doesn't agree to share pictures of the order we placed, stating " it's their working model, and they can't share pictures of the order " When questioned about not receiving the product we paid for she starts using filthy abusive languages. Guys we are better than this lady in terms of self-respect hence do not get stuck like I made a mistake placing an order with such unprofessional people for my wedding today. Most unreliable and untrustworthy business. She has been blocked and reported and I decided not to speak back to such unprofessional people hence was advised to write a review for @bespokestoriez and my worst experience with them. Being a lady she has no sort or compassion towards another lady who had a wedding and was depending on the order to be delivered on time.

  excellent value for money

  I recently ordered my daughter's Engagement gift hampers,and I really liked the gifts,
  very good decorative, sweets is very nicely packed and all the hamper they given on time without any problem,
  kanchan and her team is very good and responsive,

  Fraud, Irresponsive

  Unprofessional! Irresponsive!! Liar!! Threatening!!
  Unprofessional - She did not send me the goods, I have payed for. The basic rule of business - “ Paise do cheej lo”
  Irresponsive - There could be some reasons that she couldn’t deliver my order, but, she should have courtesy atleast to inform me the same. Instead, she was not picking up the call, not replying to the messages.
  Liar - after complete one month of pursuing she texted that she is suffering from Corona (God Forbids). Agree, she might be, then few days later within a week she started posting insta stories, delivery status for other clients order, but, where is my order? Where is my money - no response.
  Threatens - when I address the same things to her and asked her to refund my money which i deserve to get back, she replied “ kya karloge agar paise wapis nhn diye toh”
  I am writing this on my sister’s behalf, her experience with Bespokez particularly with the lady “KANCHAN”
  Dear Kanchan, you might not get worried with these reviews, you may think that its fine for you as you loose nothing “Mera kya Paisa toh client ka gya na, mujhe kya”. But, let me convey you something - indeed today its her loss, but she lost the money, whereas you lost the client, the reputation, the business ethics, and flagged yourself as incapable of client dealing with the way you are sending messages to her.
  You are into business, these are your basic requirements not hers. Always remember business client se chlta hai client business se nhn and secondly “Jitna important ek client ka aana hota hai utna hi important uska jaana hota hai”
  I wish somewhere at some point of time you will realise this thing and will act accordingly. PERIOD

  The amount of products they have available for wedding favors was GREAT. I was able to find personalised gift boxes for my brothers wedding. Great for large weddings. Their online support was great as well and responded promptly to my questions. I didn't need to ask them about order again and again. Without any hustle they deliver the same at our venue.

They did incredible job with maintaining the quality and freshness of the product at scale. We did assortment of sweets, dry fruits, brownies, votive candle holder in a hamper which was totally top notch and highly recommended. All our guest loved their hampers.
