Inexperienced and untrained staff, horrible operations. Please don't hire them, you'll have no peace of mind on your wedding day. We had hired them at a hefty price for wedding planning and coordination services in Mussorie. They couldn't even manage to help guests checkin, fill basic requests like wrapping gifts or arranging for flowers, some of our wedding favours went missing under their watch, they were mostly chilling at the venue like a group of friends on a holiday trip. The baraat luxury car failed during baraat and groom had to walk all the way to the venueful, and no one from their team even tried to fix the sitaution, they told us to chill and enjoy what's there. Decor for one of the events was embarrassingly bad, on the event name board they had cut our names out of white chart paper and stuck it on the mirror, had put black tape on the carpet to hide gaps, we wanted to just throw it all out. We as the bride and groom were running aroung the entire first day of our wedding celebrations trying check in guests, I still tear up thinking about how for granted we were taken by this team. They take full payment upfront before functions start and then just give up. This company is simply scamming people off their money before in the wedidng industry there are no repeat orders, they simply don't care about the customers. I don't wish this team well on their special day too. -

If you’re considering Meragi Photography for your wedding, I strongly suggest you think twice. While the photographers on the ground were individually talented, everything else about the experience was a nightmare.
1. Constant Team Changes
For my engagement, pre-wedding, and wedding, the photography team kept changing. There was zero continuity, no personal touch, and no understanding carried over between events. We basically had to start from scratch every time.
2. Horrible Customer Relationship Management
The so-called “relationship managers” kept quitting or changing. Every time someone new showed up, we had to re-explain everything all over again. There was no consistency, no accountability, and definitely no professionalism.
3. Four Months Later – Still No Deliverables
Our wedding was on May 6th. It’s been four months, and we still don’t have our deliverables finalized. Instead of them updating me, I had to chase them daily. Imagine being the client and having to follow up every single day for your own wedding photos.
4. Fake Promises & Misleading Deliverables
We were promised 3–4 reels. After months of waiting and repeated chasing, they dumped 2 reels on us and then shamelessly tried to pass off clips from our engagement video as “extra reels.” That’s insulting. Do they really think clients are fools?
5. Missed Deadlines Again and Again
I was patient, flexible, and gave them multiple chances—even when they missed deadlines. They themselves set “final deadlines” and then missed those too. Zero respect for clients’ time.
6. End Result – As Good As Nothing
Here’s the harsh truth: photos, videos, and albums delivered months late are as good as not delivering them at all. Guests keep asking us for photos, and four months later, I still have nothing decent to share.
Meragi Photography completely ruined what should have been a smooth and happy process of capturing our memories. The photographers on the day did their job well, but the back-end, editing, communication, and deliverables have been absolutely pathetic.
If you value your money, time, and sanity—stay away from Meragi Photography. -

Great experience with Meragi
We had an amazing experience with Meragi planning my wedding at Yelagiri, Tamilnadu. Thanks to Pooja, Anjana and Vinay for making it a dream wedding. They tirelessly helped plan and organize each and everything from decor,
photography and logistics. They were instrumental in making sure everything went right and it indeed did. Pooja meticulously planned and followed-up on all the to-do items and made sure we didn't miss anything. I highly recommend Meragi for event planning. -
