We hired team Meragi for our wedding in Bangalore & I cannot recommend them enough! From start to finish, they made the entire wedding planning journey so smooth and enjoyable. As someone who is pretty indecisive & had no idea where to begin, having them take on the full planning and decor was a game-changer.

I was very particular about a few things that I wanted a certain way for my wedding & the team went above & beyond to fulfill my requirements. We discussed in detail various venue options and they really did put in that extra effort to find me the venue that ticked all of the boxes. They also connected me with the best vendors which really made all the events so memorable! I remember telling them how important it is for me to have a great DJ, Emcee & Photographers, we screened various profiles together and their honest feedback & inputs really helped me make the best choices!

They’re very easy to talk to & very patient as well. Communication was always clear and timely, and I really appreciated the structured timelines they provided. I liked that they kept following up & pushing me to speed up decisions from my end whenever it was delayed. It really did help us stay on track in terms of the timelines.

The decor truly exceeded my expectations! Every single event was so beautifully executed & you could truly see their attention to detail. I cannot express what I felt during my entry at every event seeing the decor come together so perfectly. All the discussions we had been having for months finally fell into place & everything was absolutely magical! The decor truly reflected mine & my husband’s personality & vibe and I couldn’t change a single thing about it! One of the sweetest surprises? They incorporated our wedding hashtag into our Sangeet decor in the most creative way—it was such a fun personal touch and truly made the day feel like “us.” Special mention & massive appreciation to Anjana for killing it with the decor.

Huge shoutout to Shravani, Bhumiti who lead the entire planning. There were so many things that I requested last minute but they ensured that everything was done in time! What also stood out to me about them was that during the events they truly looked after me & my family as their own!

Unprofessional and Disrespectful Catering Service

Review:
Our family hosted our wedding event on 25th and 26th October 2025 at Sristii Villas, managed by Meragi Events. Unfortunately, the catering team led by Mr. Praveen displayed extremely unprofessional, rude, and insensitive behavior during both the evening reception and the morning Muhurtam.

They refused to provide water bottles even after several polite requests. Guests were expected to walk all the way to the dining hall every time just to get water. When we suggested keeping water cans with disposable glasses near the room reception, the staff rudely replied that “it was not agreed with the agency.”

When I personally asked for an extra water bottle while having lunch, the service staff whispered, “Sir, they will blast me if I ask — we were told to give only one bottle per person, that too once.” Hearing this in front of my colleagues from the Customs and Income Tax Department, where I also serve, was deeply humiliating.

Adding to this, around 50% of the tea and coffee cups provided were leaking, and when we requested to send even one cup of coffee to the bride’s room, the staff bluntly denied, saying they couldn’t do that. This showed a complete lack of courtesy and basic hospitality.

Several senior officials, including Assistant Commissioners and Commissioner-level officers, attended our event and expressed disappointment, stating that “a better caterer could have handled things far more professionally.” As hosts, it was extremely embarrassing to face such remarks.

To make matters worse, the kitchen was shut sharply at 9:00 AM, and guests arriving slightly late were rudely denied food. Though Mr. Vallab tried his best to manage the issue, the damage was already done.

We urge Meragi to take strict action against such behavior and re-evaluate their catering partners. A wedding is once in a lifetime — not a place to display arrogance, negligence, and lack of respect.

Extremely poor experience. Deeply hurt and disappointed.

If you’re considering Meragi Photography for your wedding, I strongly suggest you think twice. While the photographers on the ground were individually talented, everything else about the experience was a nightmare.

1. Constant Team Changes
For my engagement, pre-wedding, and wedding, the photography team kept changing. There was zero continuity, no personal touch, and no understanding carried over between events. We basically had to start from scratch every time.

2. Horrible Customer Relationship Management
The so-called “relationship managers” kept quitting or changing. Every time someone new showed up, we had to re-explain everything all over again. There was no consistency, no accountability, and definitely no professionalism.

3. Four Months Later – Still No Deliverables
Our wedding was on May 6th. It’s been four months, and we still don’t have our deliverables finalized. Instead of them updating me, I had to chase them daily. Imagine being the client and having to follow up every single day for your own wedding photos.

4. Fake Promises & Misleading Deliverables
We were promised 3–4 reels. After months of waiting and repeated chasing, they dumped 2 reels on us and then shamelessly tried to pass off clips from our engagement video as “extra reels.” That’s insulting. Do they really think clients are fools?

5. Missed Deadlines Again and Again
I was patient, flexible, and gave them multiple chances—even when they missed deadlines. They themselves set “final deadlines” and then missed those too. Zero respect for clients’ time.

6. End Result – As Good As Nothing
Here’s the harsh truth: photos, videos, and albums delivered months late are as good as not delivering them at all. Guests keep asking us for photos, and four months later, I still have nothing decent to share.

Meragi Photography completely ruined what should have been a smooth and happy process of capturing our memories. The photographers on the day did their job well, but the back-end, editing, communication, and deliverables have been absolutely pathetic.

If you value your money, time, and sanity—stay away from Meragi Photography.

We had a great time working with Meragi. Ours was quite a unique ask wherein we wanted to do a court marriage and host a dinner party. The team was quick to work on everything we asked for and had great suggestions themselves. They are very easy to work with and were quick to adapt to any of our last minute requests which as in any wedding can happen a lot. Our night turned out perfectly and it was everything we wanted and more and we have only Meragi to thank for that!
