We had a wonderful experience working with Niki from Meragi. We planned our wedding from the US and got to Bangalore just a week before our wedding. Niki helped us find a venue, photographer, mehendi artist and we picked Meragi to do the decoration. It was easy to co-ordinate with Niki on Whatsapp and we got on a call whenever necessary.
On the day of the event, Niki and team were at the venue early and ensured that decor was ready on time. They were present throughout the event, handled all the coordination with vendors (photographer, LED screen provider etc) and made sure we could spend the day mingling with our guests.
We were extremely happy with the decoration, the flowers and the overall aesthetic. We would definitely recommend Niki and Meragi!

Meragi team is just magic from the time we call to enquire till last minute details they are with you. I remember my first conversation with Ayesha and then the million conversation we had after till the last minute like my family she was there. We had a vision how we want our decor to be, rest from understanding what we want to showing the options and suggesting what could be better everything just had to be just discussed once rest everything was taken care of. Hardly two proper calls to finalize everthing was made and then they did their work perfectly no back to back calls no multiple confirmations no hassle. Words wont do justice to this amazing teams work. Ayesha you are just wonderful kudos to you and your team and a million thanks for making our day magical and so beautiful. Thank you so so so very much for being part of our special day. Good Luck to this amazing team you were an absolute delight.

Very happy to have engaged Nayana from Meragi team, who helped us with our wedding anniversary celebration with flower and stage decorations. She was transparent in what will be done and the costing for the same. No surprises and guests loved the decor so much! Thanks very much and we hope to come back to you always for our future events.

I worked with Meragi for my engagement and they did an excellent job with the decor. We went to them probably 1 week before the engagement day and asked them to do our house decor as well as the decor at the venue. They handled everything so professionally. Nidhi was very communicative till the end. Only con is all their decor items are priced the same regardless whether one looks better than the other. So maybe that could be changed. Keeping that aside, I would highly recommend them as it’s a one stop solution for weddings and other events. 💯

I had a small wedding party of 40 people and they had provided the best look to the place within my budget. SUYASH & DRISHTI well coordinated the things which I had emphasized. WELL DONE TEAM!

We had less than a month for the preps and wanted someone who could not only met the tight schedule but also meet our expectations. We decided to explore Meragi and must say we were not disappointed. Upasana was patient enough to understand the requirement; share location recommendations within a short period of time and also the decor options. We were able to get al our needs covered under one umbrella and when the day arrived, everything was as expected and just made our day even more special. So if in doubt, don't think twice call them and rest will be taken care. last but not the least, we got everything wrapped up within our budget which was another factor that made the decision making easy. overall a great experience!

We booked Meragi for our wedding decor and they delivered the best service anyone could ever get, we had decided an outdoor event and It was raining the previous day of the wedding we were kinda tensed and they were with us throughout the situation and suggested better options for us and made the event better than what was expected, other than that they respected our budget and assisted us to plan accordingly without compromising on the quality. Aishwarya was just a call away for every last minute requirement we had. Guests loved the venue, we loved the venue, it was very trendy and beautiful !! I would totally recommend them for anyone !! Thank you !!!

I came across Merargi on Instagram and contacted, then visited there live event, I can only appreciate their flexibility for everything I wanted and make my engagement celebration a grand success, I have recieved ample compliments from people about how asthetic the decor was. They curated everything based on my budget and needs and it’s was 100% executed the same as committed. At the end I would like to share my heartfelt gratitude toward Shreya & Ashutosh for being so kind to me and understand my requirements to execute it even till late at night, it was truly beyond professional how well they did it for me. My sheer love to them. I am definitely looking forward for more executions of my wedding events with Merargi.

I would love to say, Meragi deserved more than 5 star!! Now let me share some of my experiences which I had.

-> The day I started for looking out some good event planners I landed on Meragi website and I signed up there, next day morning itself I got a call from Payal Mishra and she said she is going to be my event manager and then we had a discussion about the venue, ceremony, decor parts, budgets!! She was just amazing in handling all my requests, I had literally texted her in the night with my creative decor requests and she was always responsive towards each of them!!

-> Everything was handled peacefully without any hassle, also I visited their office at Koramangla, Bengaluru and the way Payal and their team welcomed was the time I was super happy to go ahead and we finalised the stuffs like backdrop, stage, lights!!

-> Then at a later stage I had to request for a venue change and Payal and Meragi took it responsibly and went ahead with all changes without any hassle!!

-> They took care of everything: Food arrangements, decors, cameramen, guest hosting, See offs to the guests !!

-> When my Ring ceremony day came i went to the venue I had one word to say - woww this is something like a dream coming true!!

Dear Meragi Team - Thank you for making my ring ceremony enjoyable and memorable. I can't imagine you arranged that awesome party in that budget ..Thank you once again.

Payal and team is a dream team for hosting any event. From the word go, she ensured she took detail taken care of. She and her team ensured that my event was flawless and she made it look so effortless, she is that well planned. Thank you Payal and Meragi Team.

I would really suggest If you have any thoughts of hosting a ceremony just close your eyes and Go for Meragi!!

100 Stars is also less to appreciate the excellent hospitality and heart warming welcome till the end from Meragi Team. Payal was very professional at the same time she made this dream event successful, she took care of the entire ring ceremony event and gave us a stress free experience at the Venue.

I happened to find Meragi Celebrations via Instagram when I started my journey of wedding planning. I was instantly intrigued by the posts they put out - “Simplifying celebrations by digitising the entire planning process” “one stop shop for wedding planners”..

I got in touch with them and they gave me a call back within the next day. They had a very professional way of doing everything from there on out.

For someone who is a freak about planning every detail to the T, Payal Mishra from Meragi came as a miracle. I hired them only for decorations because I liked the idea of planning my own wedding. But oh boy, did she handle my wedding like a breeze when I was on the stage, unable to do anything other than just pose for pictures.

I must’ve called her a billion times before my bridal entry just cuz I was anxious and wanted everything to look perfect and she picked my call EVERY SINGLE TIME to calm me down and assure that everything is happening according to plan.
