I had one of the worst experiences dealing with DST Exports / DST Home Furniture. I paid approximately ₹1,70,000 for a mandap, chairs, Haldi tub, and other wedding decoration items, trusting their promises and repeated assurances regarding shipment.
Before payment, I was told that the items would be shipped within a week. It has now been about a month, and I still have no proper invoice, no Bill of Lading, and no verifiable shipping documentation showing that my goods have actually been shipped.
After receiving the payment, communication became extremely poor. My calls are not being answered, I am not receiving clear shipment information, and I was even blocked on Alibaba. Instead of providing basic documents such as an invoice, Bill of Lading, freight/carrier information, and verifiable shipment details, I have been left repeatedly following up for information that should normally be provided to an international customer.
What concerns me most is the complete lack of transparency after taking such a large payment. When a customer is purchasing internationally, they are putting significant trust in the seller. A customer should not have to chase a company repeatedly just to obtain an invoice and proof of shipment.
Based on my experience, buyers beware. I found the entire experience extremely unprofessional and stressful. I would strongly caution overseas buyers against relying only on verbal assurances, WhatsApp messages, or promised shipping dates. Before making a large payment, insist on everything in writing and make sure you understand exactly what documentation and shipment proof will be provided.
I am still waiting for DST Exports to provide my invoice, Bill of Lading, and independently verifiable shipment information. I will update this review if they provide the required documentation and successfully fulfill the order. -

I recently bought a wooden mandir and a traditional swing from DST Exports for my home, and I am really happy with my purchase. The quality is excellent, and the craftsmanship is simply beautiful. The carvings are very detailed, and both the mandir and the swing look even more impressive in person than they did in the photos.
The entire buying experience was smooth. The team was polite, answered all my questions, and kept me updated throughout the process. The packaging was very secure, and everything arrived safely without any damage.
It’s not easy to find such genuine craftsmanship these days, but DST Exports truly exceeded my expectations. The company first was very responsive until they received payment from us for wooden mandir . After that no response , no messages even when we sent so many messages calls . They are not refunding money or sending the product which was supposed to reach in May . Never ever order from this company . Our hard earned money wasted -
