The company first was very responsive until they received payment from us for wooden mandir . After that no response , no messages even when we sent so many messages calls . They are not refunding money or sending the product which was supposed to reach in May . Never ever order from this company . Our hard earned money wasted

I regret ever ordering from this company. They assured me they ship to U.S. decorators regularly, but once I paid my deposit, they stopped responding. My order was delayed by months, and when it finally arrived, half the lanterns were broken, the laser panels had peeling paint, and the quality was awful. They have completely ignored my requests for replacements or any explanation. Terrible customer service, poor packaging, and zero accountability. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!

We place an order for two mandaps. Last year April 2023 and deposit $11000. It’s February 2024 and we still haven’t received our merchandise. They are thief’s. They will take your money and ignore you.

FRAUD. PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Firstly they promise you so many things and once they get the money, they will not respond and things change. I got my temple after 9 months (not that I asked for) with so many fights and Hassle and paying more money. I have sent more than 200 emails, messages and calls but once you pay the deposit, you are stuck with them and they can do whatever they want.

Hello All, We started dealing with DST Exports in March 2023 with Anmol as primary contact. Initially response was Super faster and had multiple audio and video calls ( All recorded on my phone ). Anmol showed all his warehouse, other invoice papers and act like DST exports holding a huge number of clients with big orders. Finally we decided and placed a big order worth $20K+ and paid advance $3K on April4th and another $4K in June2023. After payment made Anmol stopped responding calls and ping messages on whats app. Its been more than 5 months he didn't even showed any progress on our two mandap orders and no response further from his side. After i read all reviews on this forum i decided to take legal action on this company. I already spoke to my lawyer and explain my situation with all proof of payment, Whatsapp messages and phone call recordings. We are going to file case on DST exports in consumer court and seek Compensation for wasting time, loosing business and original paid amount back. On top of it iam also planning to file a complaint at SFO High Commission of India and to Export License issue authority in India. These guys have no ethics. Should be punished and no other person shouldn't get cheated further. Iam also finding ways to advertise about these people on Social media and also in local news papers in Punjab.
