Bad experience
A few days ago, my wife contacted your team on +91 90414 77388 to inquire about wedding booking details and pricing. Initially, the conversation was normal and related to the services. However, since we had not finalized our dates, the discussion continued over a few calls.
Unfortunately, the situation quickly became inappropriate. The individual began asking my wife personal questions that were completely unrelated to the booking. He then started making repeated WhatsApp video calls and even requested to meet her personally at the resort under the pretext of discussing the booking. Despite ignoring these attempts, she continued to receive missed video calls. When she finally responded to ask the reason, he again insisted on meeting her and continued asking irrelevant personal questions.
This behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable, especially towards a female customer seeking a legitimate service. We have recorded the calls and are considering filing a formal complaint with the police.
I request the management to seriously investigate this matter. This is not just about one incident—it directly affects your brand’s reputation and the safety and trust of your customers. I strongly urge you to take strict action and ensure that no other customer has to go through such an experience.
Please treat this matter with urgency.
