  Highly recommended

  I had a good experience at the venue. The food & decor were good. I was happy with their services. I faced no issues while booking the venue. The management was good & everything went well.

  Worst experience ever

  it was possible to rate a place in negative, I would. This so called resort is the worst place to arrange a wedding for your family. We booked this place for my sister's wedding, and it was the worst experience ever.
  The rooms were horrible. At the time of booking we were showed the best rooms the property had. But when it came to actually giving us those rooms at the time of the wedding, they backed out. They booked other functions in the same days and we were given the worst rooms which were like match boxes. It was so embarassing to have our guests stay in those rooms.
  The rooms did not have hot water, AC was not working, there was no water in the showers. The kettles in most rooms were not cleaned. They literally has someone's puke in them.
  Apart from the rooms the service was third class. No one is ready to listen to the guests concerns.
  The staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. We were charged for so many things, but none of it was actually provided.
  They promised 200 items in the wedding dinner and in reality there were barely 25 items! They charged extra for the decoration and did not provide anything that they promised. The meals were prepared in such bad quality that half the guests got good poisoning.
  This is literally the worst place you can book for a wedding. Monkeys can enter your room at any time and the staff is not answerable to any of that. Never book this place. The people are fraud and will only take your money. That even charged us extra for the rooms we did not even use! Very disappointing and the worst experience ever.

  veru helpfull staff

  well all the arrangements were good decor food sab acha tha, bas Barish ke karan function mein problem aa gai, par waha ka staff kafi accha tha. they gave indoor area setup very quickly

  Awesome venue

  This venue is awesome! The catering was awesome and everyone loved all the items. Our friends and family really appreciated everything and gave a lot of compliments. We were so satisfied and happy with the function!

  Good experience

  Overall it was a good experience with them. The catering part can be made a little better. The decorations were really nice. The staff was also polite and cordial. We were quite happy with them overall.

  Splendid experience

  They have given us the best experience ever. All the arrangements were done astonishingly and it was a splendid experience for us overall. The food and decors were up to the mark.

  great venue

  The beautiful and rustic venue. Its a destination in itself. We are north Indians, all the guests were amazed with the venue.The hospitality and food by palm green team was top notch . great experience

  Decent Place

  The food taste and quality was good. The place is also spacious and the ambiance overall is great. The management is also polite and professional. But the decor was not up to the mark. There was a huge scope of improvement in terms of decor.

  Good food and good rooms

  The spread was huge, the rooms were good. However location wise a little remotely placed.

  Amazing experience and well organised

  Most of the work was handled by the resort. The decoration and facilities were up to the mark. Overall, quite satisfactory and value for money.
