pathetic and disgusting

Levana I would never recommend it to anyone for any function because they were highly disgusted and unprofessional. They have done any arrangements before check-in rooms were not prepared and it was a mess. They have a good name in the market but not worth the hype. It was like a nightmare to me on my wedding day. The manager was not even aware that there is a wedding happening in the property.

Terrible management

We had a pathetic experience at the venue. Their manager and staff have terrible communication skills and treated my family members quite badly. It appeared that they were only after collecting money and had no interest in assisting us with the function. During the main event, our wedding gift was lost but they denied us any help. Moreover, 3 months before the wedding we had finalised the decor and paid the hotel for the same. Two days before the function the hotel asked to speak to the vendor with whom we had never connected. This vendor refused to do the decor at the same cost so the manager stepped in and assured us to get the staff support for all that we had planned. Unfortunately on the day of the wedding till 7 pm, nothing was done and our friends who had come to attend the function had to get involved in getting the arrangements ready. They put our name cut-outs on a standee which was not even properly sticking and even their television in the lobby was not working properly to reflect our names. The food service was also quite terrible.
