Saflta the Duty Manager was exceptional with her support to make bookings for our guests and ensuring that their stay was not only comfortable but a one to remember for a lifetime. She showed us the rooms to allow us to book them based on our preferences and introduced us to the Restaurant manager so that the evening went smooth. Anupama was a key member for all the planning and was available to answer all our queries. The Classio cafe Manager - Chandresh did a great job with the restaurant setting for our event and created a customized menu that left our guests with a lasting impression of the Luckhnowi cuisine and hospitality. Highly recommend the Hotel Classio collection Lucknow for anybody that is looking for a unique and luxurious stay or even just visiting the hotel for a meal and soak in the rich ambiance.
