Yash, Rohan & Team - Biggest mistake of our wedding was choosing this planner. They claim to have everything in-house but actually outsource vendors and charge premium prices. Coordination was pathetic and multiple wedding moments were ruined because of their mismanagement. Never gonna recommend them to anyone. -

We trusted them for our biggest day and honestly regret it. The amount charged versus the service provided was nowhere close, Yash & Team talks big about experience and legacy, but the actual execution was below average. Totally not worth the money. -

Yash, Rohan & Team - We genuinely regret choosing this wedding planner for our wedding. What was supposed to be the most memorable and emotional day of our lives turned into a stressful and disappointing experience because of their poor management and false commitments.
During the meetings, they spoke a lot about their “legacy”, “professional team”, and “everything being in-house”. They showed big promises, fancy Instagram reels and assured us that they would handle every detail smoothly. But the reality was completely opposite.
Multiple things went wrong throughout the wedding:
• CO2 blasters were not working during the entry.
• Bubble machine effect was extremely poor and almost invisible.
• Skyshots/fireworks were burst 5–10 minutes before the actual moment, completely ruining the entry sequence and video captures.
• Dancers and performers were uncoordinated.
• There was absolutely no communication among team members.
• Multiple cues were missed because nobody seemed to know what was happening.
The most disappointing part was that they charged almost 90% of the payment before the wedding itself. After the event, when we raised concerns and wanted to discuss the failures properly, instead of resolving the matter professionally, they simply left the WhatsApp group. Initially they only agreed to refund a very small amount for the color shots, but later completely stopped responding.
Please do not trust the Instagram posts and reels blindly. The execution on the actual wedding day is nowhere close to what they show online. Most of the work is outsourced to random vendors while they charge premium prices pretending everything is managed internally.
This review is being posted after our April 2026 wedding experience, and we honestly do not want any other couple to go through the same disappointment on their biggest day. Weddings cannot be repeated, and once those moments are ruined, they are gone forever.

It's was Nice execution of prepaed plan by wedding shagun.
1) entry on time along with best songs
2) decor was the best bast along with fire works.
3) the theme, people engagement games was executed well
4) photoshoot + cinematic 💯
5) food was best, we specially like live caounter and desert.
Overall experience was great ❤️.
We did bidai with lot of good memories thank you wedding shagun for memorable day.💐
