What is the % payment/ amount to confirm the booking?
To confirm your booking with Sadhguru Catering Services, we require a 30% advance payment of the total estimated billing amount. This advance helps us block the date, plan the menu, arrange raw materials, and assign our team for your event. The remaining amount can be paid: 50% before the event day, and 20% on the event day after service completion. We also provide flexible payment options for corporate or multi-day events. If you need a customized payment plan, our team is always happy to assist.
What is the cancellation policy?
At Sadhguru Catering Services, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair for both parties: Cancellation 15 days before the event: Full refund of the advance amount. Cancellation 7–14 days before the event: 50% of the advance amount will be refunded. Cancellation within 7 days of the event: The advance amount is non-refundable, as major arrangements and preparations are already underway. Rescheduling: We try our best to accommodate date changes (subject to availability). No extra charge if requested at least 10 days prior.

"I hired Sadhguru Catering services for my youngest son's wedding and they truly exceeded my expectations exactly as per the agreement and the entire arrangement and was flawless. The staff was extremely polite,well- groomed and professional throughout the event. Coming to the food, it was simply outstanding! The taste was authentic and fresh. Best Catering Experience at My Uncle’s Wedding

Outstanding Catering Experience at My Brother’s Wedding...
