  Disappointing Experience

  I booked this artist for bridal and reception makeup, but the results were not as discussed. The base appeared dry and cakey, suggesting limited skin preparation. When I politely requested a few adjustments, the response was not very accommodating, and the experience felt a bit rushed. Overall, it did not meet my expectations.
