Do not go to this shop!

Do not bother with this shop specially if your an international customer!!!! Called multiple times (bear in mind they don’t pick up their phone) to confirm if it will be ready on the day and they said yes. On the day of the collection , we travelled nearly two hours to the shop to be told that they did not have it ready! No one from the shop called to let us know in advance!!! This meant that on the day of my flight I had to leave India without my lengha.

Now , Kamal himself promised he would have ready to courier next day BUT after calling him all day , he didn’t pick up his phone or give me any details!

Customer service is beyond AWFUL and I have never experienced such unprofessionalism from such a large shop.

Save your self the hassle and shop somewhere else !!! I’m shock of lack of customer experience !!!

Loved the collection

I got my Haldi and a few post-wedding outfits from Kamal Bhai Saree Sangam in Chandni Chowk. They have a very good collection of sarees and dresses. I didn't require any customisations, but they offer customisations as well. Their saree collection was pretty good, and I had a good time there.

Huge variety and options in different price ranges.

The wedding shopping was done by Kamal Bhai Saree Sangam. The experience was really good and the outfit was also nice. They have a nice collection of bridal outfits in the bridal range. they have huge variety and options in different price ranges. Their customer service is also nice. the delivery was made on time

Service could have been better

I purchased my wedding lehenga from Kamal Bhai. They had a good variety and collection but I did face issue with the choli and I was lucky that I had someone known who fixed it for me. Also they did not deliver the attire on time and I had to visit the store 10 times due to fitting issue.

Good designs but management issues

It was an ok-ok experience, I got my lehenga customised from them and I really liked the designs too. The coordination was mismanaged from their end as they did some goof up in the embroidery. I had to get my blouse customised again as it was not according to my needs but my lehenga was perfect. You can definitely try them.

marvellous!!

I went to Kamal Bhai for my wedding shopping and got my desired lehenga! the lehenga is completely what I imagined, it's pretty a, it's marvellous! From vast colours to distinct designs, you can find anything at their store! And the store is located in the city which made it easier for me to visit and buy my outfit conveniently.
