  False promises and can't be trusted

  They will take your order promising a false date of delivery. Without any updates, they will delay the shipment and provide false information again on the revised shipment dates. I would recommend never trusting this website and what they say.

  Very Very Bad Experience twice. Don't waster your time and money in this brand.

  I ordered one wedding gown for my engagement and I received the gown 2 days before my engagement which was late. Also, the fitting of the gown was so lose that I didn't have time to get it altered. I managed somehow though. This is the case when they took each and every detail of my fitting. This was so pathetic.
  
  Secondly, I ordered a Saree with blouse and received a Saree which was used. It was not fresh. They shared the footage of the Saree packing but what I received was not the same, it was little different. Also, when I raised the concern they denied to take the blouse back and after some time they denied to take the Saree back as well.
  
  So I spent almost Rs.23000 on both the orders and both the orders are useless for me and they have denied to take the orders back even it was mentioned that that orders are returnable. These guys are just making money with sending wrong orders.
  Pathetic service and ridiculous customer service.

  Very poor service

  I was informed I will get a new dress and not the one which everyone try…
  But I can see it is a trial one only…
  Not altered properly
  I can see the balloons coming near the stitches..
  Fitting not upto the mark….

  collection was Good

  The designs and the collection were really nice. though it was a bit expensive as compare to other stores in Borivali and Dadar, but its okay you only have to shop once in a wedding. I purchased my bridal lehenga and matching stuff from there, people were great at the store and everything was overall nice.

  Everything was Good

  I did my wedding shopping from kalki in Santacruz. Kalki is a really good brand and they offer an amazing collection of outfits. I picked one outfit for my wedding from here and the shopping experience was amazing with them. They had good colour options and variety available. The fitting of my outfit was perfect and they were also following the covid guidelines inside the store.

  Good collection

  Very bad service they have. Staff aren't polite at all. While selling they provide very good service after products sold they ask who are you?? Had you bought by kalki ?? Who was your sale person?? That meant kalki is not brand. That's such bad thing about kalki

  I got some of my favourite outfits from this store and I must say that it was a good decsion. They have an amazing compilation of glamorous outfits and they have very unique patterns and colours in every single design. Their staff was extraordinarily accommodating and each piece was available at reasonable rates.

  Amazing collection!

  The store had a very good collection of lehengas as per the latest trends. They had Bollywood replicas as well. The did the fitting of the blouse very well. They were not at all overpriced. Loved the material.
