My Experience with Jigar Nikita was the worst experience I have ever experienced. They are Fraud

I am sharing my personal experience with Jigar Nikita so that other customers can make an informed decision.

I ordered my wedding outfits from Jigar Nikita for $2,400 CAD. I was asked to pay a 50% deposit, which I paid because I was told my order would be ready in approximately three weeks.

After three weeks, I contacted them for an update. Instead of receiving photos of the outfits I had ordered, they sent me pictures that looked completely different. One outfit I ordered was supposed to be pistachio green and pink, but the photos showed a golden outfit. Another outfit appeared to be a cream shade instead of what I had ordered.

When I questioned these differences, I was repeatedly told it was because of the camera, lighting, or the tailor. I found these explanations difficult to accept. As a customer spending a significant amount of money on custom clothing, I expected accurate photos of the actual outfits before being asked to pay the remaining balance.

Because the outfits shown to me did not match what I had ordered, I was not comfortable paying the remaining 50%. I asked for the correct outfits, but I did not receive the reassurance I was looking for.

I then filed a chargeback with my bank. During the dispute, Jigar Nikita stated that my 50% deposit was non-refundable. However, that policy was never disclosed to me before I placed my order or paid the deposit. If I had known about such a policy in advance, I would have taken it into consideration before making the payment.

They continued asking me to pay the remaining balance, but I did not understand why I should pay the rest for outfits that, based on the photos I received, did not appear to match what I had ordered.

As a result of this experience, I lost my 50% deposit and was left without a satisfactory resolution. Based on my experience, I felt misled and extremely disappointed.

If you are an international customer considering ordering from Jigar Nikita, I strongly encourage you to be very careful. Before sending any money, make sure you have every payment term, refund policy, delivery timeline, and approval process clearly confirmed in writing.
