Pathetic Experience – A Complete Disaster of a Stay
Due to all these issues, I requested a room change, but was initially told no rooms were available. Only after escalating the matter to the property manager, Mr. Shankar, was I offered Room #103. Unfortunately, this room was no better—the AC didn’t cool the room even after 45 minutes, the fan was again noisy, and it was clear that my family and I couldn’t sleep in such conditions given the summer heat. Even the manager acknowledged the problem but later contradicted himself and even made inappropriate remarks, suggesting I check with other guests or go to the police station if I wasn’t satisfied.
In total, I spent 4.5 hours at the property—most of which was spent making calls, following up with staff, and dealing with maintenance issues. I eventually had to leave and stay at a relative’s house, completely losing peace of mind and wasting an entire day.
This is such a terrible experience. This was not just poor service—it was mental harassment.
