The venue is unique in many ways ! Flush green surroundings with pond in a back drop ! Miththam is courtyard house with grand atrium ! Rooms for bride and groom! Dining area inside and outside ! There is a lift to first floor. Very apt place for memorable small , but very personal wedddings. The place is owned by genuine people who will come to any kind of help. We thoroughly enjoyed the conduct of my daughters wedding without any hassle! Ideal for small wedding and for a big memory !

Beautiful lawn reception that I always dreamed off came true here in AVM Garden Villa. I had a guest count of 500 people and it was sufficient. Anupama was the friendliest answering all my queries patiently. I found them through the app. Didn’t know there was such a beautiful lawn in the middle of the city. Since my reception was on a weekday and didn’t want guests to travel more since almost all lawns in Chennai are at ECR. Very nice arrangements were done by the venue! It was spacious and crowd friendly and everyone enjoyed it! Food and decor were good too!

The venue is the perfect blend of the traditional with the modern. The venue is split between open and covered areas. The vast open space has a lot of sea breeze in the latter part of the day, and all covered areas (i.e., the rooms) are spacious, tastefully decorated and spotless. The staff are courteous and helpful. Has a car parking, and the dining area is good.
