  Poor service

  I went here once, the service is very bad I ordered food and after waiting for 2 hours when I called again I was told that the food is not going to be prepared hence it got late, it has just arrived, they are getting it prepared and sending it, there was a Kettle in the room.We thought let's make tea in the meantime, so we made tea in it and when we checked out, we were told that since you used it for tea, you will have to pay for it, that too full Rs 1200!
  
  Whereas the same kettle is available in the market and online for ₹629. These people have cheated me. I will not advise anyone to go to this hotel. And Shivam ji, if you are seeing my review, then strict action should be taken against such employees, it will be a great kindness
