We booked Club Gusto, Lucknow for engagement, and it turned out to be one of the most stressful experiences for our family.
On the day of the event, there was no water available in the washroom taps and flushes, making the washrooms unusable for guests. There was also no electricity until around 4 PM, just before the function began.
We were promised helpers and support staff for the event, but once the function started, they were nowhere to be found. Whenever we needed assistance, there was no one available.
The decor was also not secured properly. Decorative elements kept falling during the event, and despite informing the staff, the issue was not fixed.
To make matters worse, when we raised these concerns, the behavior of Saurabh and Aayushi was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in customer service.
An engagement is a once in a lifetime occasion, and no family should have to deal with such poor management, lack of basic facilities, and unnecessary stress on such an important day.
Based on our experience, I would not recommend booking this venue for an important function. We hope the management takes responsibility and improves its services so that other families do not have to go through what we did
