We booked this hotel for our wedding ceremonies hoping for a smooth and memorable experience, but it turned out to be quite disappointing.
1. Rude and Unprofessional Staff: Most of the staff were rude and lacked basic hospitality. It felt like they just weren’t interested in helping or being courteous to our guests.
2. Terrible Event Management: They clearly have no experience handling events. There was zero coordination among their team — even small things like getting an extension cord or an extra mattress took hours.
3. Low-Quality Catering and Dishonest Practices: The food quality wasn’t up to the mark, and they tried to overcharge by replacing quarter plates with full plates for snacks — just to increase the billing.
4. No Response to Feedback: We raised our concerns during the event, but no one from management took them seriously. There was no senior staff member available to take responsibility or help resolve issues.
5. Payment Demands Before Service: They insisted on full advance payment even for basic things like tea or snacks before delivering anything — which felt unprofessional and unnecessary, especially during an ongoing event.
6. Unreasonable Restrictions: Despite this being a wedding venue, they didn’t allow the groom’s horse entry, calling it a "pet," which is just unreasonable and shows a lack of understanding of traditional ceremonies.
I’d strongly recommend others to be cautious and look for a more professional and cooperative venue.
