  Cousins wedding

  The staff at Emaar club beryl were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the entire planning process. They worked closely with us to ensure every detail was perfect, from arranging the seating layout to coordinating with our vendors seamlessly. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly exceeded our expectations.

  Wedding booking

  We booked this hotel for our wedding ceremonies hoping for a smooth and memorable experience, but it turned out to be quite disappointing.
  
  1. Rude and Unprofessional Staff: Most of the staff were rude and lacked basic hospitality. It felt like they just weren’t interested in helping or being courteous to our guests.
  
  
  2. Terrible Event Management: They clearly have no experience handling events. There was zero coordination among their team — even small things like getting an extension cord or an extra mattress took hours.
  
  
  3. Low-Quality Catering and Dishonest Practices: The food quality wasn’t up to the mark, and they tried to overcharge by replacing quarter plates with full plates for snacks — just to increase the billing.
  
  
  4. No Response to Feedback: We raised our concerns during the event, but no one from management took them seriously. There was no senior staff member available to take responsibility or help resolve issues.
  
  
  5. Payment Demands Before Service: They insisted on full advance payment even for basic things like tea or snacks before delivering anything — which felt unprofessional and unnecessary, especially during an ongoing event.
  
  
  6. Unreasonable Restrictions: Despite this being a wedding venue, they didn’t allow the groom’s horse entry, calling it a "pet," which is just unreasonable and shows a lack of understanding of traditional ceremonies.
  
  
  
  I’d strongly recommend others to be cautious and look for a more professional and cooperative venue.

  Best venue for family function

  I had attended my cousin's wedding at Emaar Club beryl. Overall, it was a nice experience. Food was awesome. I found the services and arrangement top notch. Staffs were friendly and supportive. Would recommend this budget friendly property to everyone.

  Arrangement bilkul bhi acha nahi tha or khana bhi acha nahi tha hamara experience bohot bura raha hai iss venue ke sath mein kisi ko bhi ye venue recommend nahi karunga. Inki services bilkul bhi achi nahi hai.

  Experience bohot acha tha specially inka food bohot tasty tha or decoration bhi bohot sundar tha. decoration and food in-house hi tha. Bridal room bas raat 12 baje tak hi diyaa tha fir shift karna pada at least 24 hours ke liye bridal room hona chahiye. baaki sab thik tha.

  Best youngsters party venue

  Amazing experience for a pre wedding function of my cousin. The bar and the open area overlooking the pool was amazing. In fact we were wishing the actual wedding happened in their hall & lawns. Amazing food and very professional staff. The rooms are awesome too at the value. Overall highly recommended.
