Not Recommended at All
Had my engagement ceremony here, and choosing this banquet was an absoulute blunder. All the commitments made before booking were LIES. It was a complete trash on the function day. No professionalism was shown. Looks like their own people gave them 5 star. Very bad hotel please don't book this banquet arrangement is so bad. Their food is very bad. Manager doesn't know how to run a hotel. At first they will behave to very nicely but on your function they don't even listen to you. The hotel smells like a gutter because this is build on a gutter. They ruined my engagement function. Please don't ruin your precious moment by booking this hotel.
We were told that there is parking inside the venue so we did not check, but on function day the whole road was full with parked cars as there is no parking inside and we had to struggle to get our stuff off the car.
Even though it was decided that we have to pay rest of the amount after the function, but Mr Shiva during the main event denied access to snacks and dinner until we paid the full amount. He charged extra GST charges even on UPI payment.
They charged 60k for DJ and decor. Both were pathetic to say the least. Full dehati. even in Village you'll find better decor than that.
There was no waiter to serve snacks or manager to be seen during the entire function. Had to call them mutiple times for small things.
Mr Shiva who is GM, was totally arrogant and non cooperative on the function day, was acting as if he owns the place.

Engagement party
Recently I visited an engagement ceremony of a friend which was celebrated in Celestial banquet located in Ashiyana, Lucknow. I guess the property is newly opened this season. The banquet hall was really spacious and beautifully ornated. The food was delicious and I enjoyed it to the full. I would highly recommend this place for events and functions
