Rajesh sales person fraud

We hosted a wedding on 23rd November 2023, they told us many things before and does opposite.
Wedding food was bad, service was bad, staff is rude, no professionalism

Fraud service

The taste of food is different while testing and on wedding day.
Decoration was also different as shown in picture, always trying to charge extra

great banquet resort

I live in faridabad city neelam bata and was looking at resorts for my sons wedding near ballabgarh area and found tivoli royal palace just ahead of ballabgarh. It is strategically located as resort. it gives a complete holiday vibe. When we visited we loved the property. I really liked the banquets and poolside and booked immediately. It was the best decision. All the functions went very smoothly and my guests loved the food and the property. Our stay was great. Big rooms, lovely restaurant and many facilities and amenities. This resort is nice for a weekend getaway aswell if one is not even looking for an event celebration. Looking forward to visit again!!

Ideal for destination weddings!

Stayed at tivoli royal palace for 2 nights. The first day was the cocktail function and the second day was the wedding. Everything from the rooms service, food and decoration was indeed excellent. The hotel staff is very friendly and cooperative. The property is gorgeous with large banquet halls, beautiful lawns, restaurant and bar ext. Since it was a destination wedding, all the rooms were booked for the function so we had the entire resort to us. Unfortunately the pool was under construction so we couldnt use it but there were several other amenities like tennis court, basketball ext. Over all i would say this was one of the best weddings ive attended and would recommend to everyone who are interested in destination weddings in delhi ncr!

Great staycation!

I reside in faridabad so a week back i got a flyer of this new property from tivoli group. Its located just ahead of ballabgarh which is about 30 minutes drive from central faridabad city. So i planned a 1 night getaway with my family at tivoli royal palace and had a great time. The resort is beautifully made with great landscaping, large banquet halls, rooms and restaurant and has multiple sport facilities. The food was delicious and the staff was also extremely friendly. This resort is ideal for short staycations with friends and family at a reasonable price!

awesome experience

just ahead of faridabad near ballabgarh, this beautiful resort has great rooms with amazing food and staff. I had gone last week with family for a 2 night holiday and it was great. My son really enjoyed their poolside area and lawns. The rooms were pleasant and clean and throughout our stay the food and staff was great. The cost of the stay was great value for money. Highly recommend to all around the area for short stays and they have banquet halls aswell for events!

Best resort experience in faridabad

I visited tivoli royal palace for a booking after attending a wedding function of my family friend where i really enjoyed the food and service. I was very happy to hear that tivoli has opened a resort property in faridabad as i have attended many functions at their resort in chattarpur but being a resident of faridabad this was great news. I must say that they have lived up to the standards of their flagship chattarpur hotel. I was greeted gracefully by the staff members when i had arrived and they were very cooperative with all the questions i had. The sales executive showed me their several banquets and lawn venues which were definitely the finest ive seen in the area. The property is made very elegantly with beautiful land scaping, grand facade and royal interiors. The kitchen team had also prepared a food trial for me in their indian restaurant, aangan. I had to book a few rooms aswell for a few of my guests and their rooms are very nice and tidy. Since the property is brand new, i was unable to book the back lawn as the pool is not fully operational yet, the staff told me it would be ready my mid april. Overall, i can very confidently say that this is the best resort one can find in and around faridbad, ballabgarh area. They have many rooms and other facilities which make it perfect for large wedding groups aswell. I clicked a few pictures of the setup i had seen in their halls and the starters they served. Would recommend to all! Kudos to the tivoli group!

Great for a nearby destination wedding!

This property belongs to my family only. I had my entire wedding planned here. Its a nice and a spacious venue.

Perfect for Destination wedding

We hosted my sister's marriage here at tivoli royal palace on the 17th of March, the venue is absolutely stunning with a massive expanse and beautifully landscaped lawns. The banquet hall has gorgeous modern interiors with amazing heights.

We took 30 rooms and hosted multiple functions at tivoli, the food was to die for special thanks to the chef and his team for making our event so memorable. Tivoli's expertise and years of experience really shows and definitely paid off I will always trust tivoli for my future events and would highly recommend this venue !!
