The venue itself was exceptional with outstanding food, exemplary service of the entire team. Amazing views of the mountains accompanied by the gentle breeze of Maa Ganges River. Mr. Rakesh Rana was exceptional throughout the entire planning process. From our very first meeting to the big day, they were incredibly professional, attentive, and proactive. They took the time to understand our vision and ensured every detail was taken care of, from the décor to the schedule. They worked closely with us to customize the day exactly the way we envisioned.
As for the staff, we couldn’t have asked for a more dedicated and friendly team. Every member was professional, and kind, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. The catering staff provided delicious food and drinks that our guests are still talking about. The waitstaff was attentive and made sure everyone felt so special.
Our wedding day was flawless, thanks to the amazing team at Simply Heaven If you’re looking for a venue that offers impeccable service, stunning surroundings, and a team that will go the extra mile to make your day perfect, we highly recommend this resort. It was everything we dreamed of and more!
